A very brief experiment in simulated scrolling, by cly5m of Seiklus fame. The ship barely moves left and right, because the screen appears to be moving at a rapid rate. Shots gradually damage a barrier, and eventually destroy a core.
Some very nice details, that never made it into a developed game.
