Story

Five years later.

The Yuphlaxian System has been renovated. Slimex has been sold to the Aplon System, a boring galaxy of casino worlds in desperate need of variety. In return, one Aplonian planet named Plasmex has been brought here.

Plasmex features a unique reverse gravity system that adds to an atmosphere of craziness. The Yuphlaxian government hopes that Plasmex will increase the SYSTEM's entertainment value.

Zip has been properly disposed of by being sent into the sun.

Yuphex is still here, however. In fact, some members of the government liked Yuphex so much that they used excess tax revenue to buy a moon for Yuphex. They uncreatively named it Monex.

CGA and Mono were terraformed way back in 3167, over 250 years ago. Back then, terraformers had primitive graphics drivers that could only terraform in spinach green monochrome (with a visibly low refresh rate). Some of the advanced teraformers of that age could even do (gasp) FOUR colors.

Anyway, the planets languished in an antique planet dealership until the Yuphlaxian System bought them in order to provide more low cost housing.

Pirex was terraformed less than six weeks ago and is still full of molten lava. When it cools, it will become an Earth-like planet and an important government center.

Unfortunately, the terraformer has malfunctioned. Instead of cooling, Pirex is still heating up. If a coolant generator is not hooked up to the terraformer within 36 hours, the planet will overheat and explode, destroying the entire system.

The citizens of the Yuphlaxian System call for YOU in this time of need. You must go and save the system once again.

There are six parts to the coolant generator. They were accidentally misplaced in various parts of the system. You must find them and bring them to Pirex. Have Fun.
