Games like Dummy Duck 4 included digital photos, but these were made before digital cameras were widely available. The photos were taken on a roll of film. The prints were mailed to a company across country which could scan them. After many weeks, they mailed back a floppy disk with digital photos. But one day, affordable digital cameras became a thing. And with that, digital photos became much more common. Of course, that meant making games with digital photos. Add a toy T-Rex and a cardboard city to the mix, and you've got "Test!"
