Behold the aspiring repository for everything there is to know about Recreational Software Designs' DOS-based Game-Maker development suite: its use, its users, its surrounding culture, its influence, and -- of course -- the games themselves!

This site is not for profit; just for promulgation. Please feel free to contribute. Anything you can add or expand on, however incidental it may seem, will just increase the knowledge base about RSD Game-Maker. In updating, do use some common sense and courtesy; this wiki is for everyone, not just you or me. Otherwise, kick around. Break the place in.

Game playing tips:

To ensure full compatibility of Game-Maker games under Win2K and higher, use a DOSBox frontend such as D-Fend Reloaded. Just drop the games in, turn up the CPU cycles, and play. For Mac OS X, try Boxer.

Windows users will also do well with Joy2Key and perhaps a wired Xbox 360 controller.

It's as fun to make them... as it is to play them... Game-Maker: the state-of-the-art in game design tools.
