For me, it was RSD Game Maker early on, and DIV Games Studio a few years later. Both DOS-based. To my knowledge, 2 of my 8(?) RSD games were released to the public.

As to whether the games still survive:

Uh... Possibly? There's my old Windows 95 HDD I haven't checked, along with several boxes of floppies.
