Weird Worlds
"The only game I worked on was never finished, and it was pretty much just a 9-year-old messing around the editor. [...] The basic premise was that [...] you play as a character based on me as a kid and, well... travel through weird worlds.
"It was side view, but the main character could move in any direction, because he was capable of flying. No jumping. He could also punch to the left or right, but it didn't really do anything because I couldn't figure out how to make that work.
"The only world I can remember was essentially a very large pizza restaurant. It had static people, pizzas in random spots, and sauce stains all over.
"When your character was in an idle state, I seem to remember that there was no way to have him facing the direction he last walked. There was only one idle pose. Even as a kid, that kind of annoyed me.
"I just remember creating an enemy who was supposed to be 2 blocks tall, and having the legs run around independently of the head and torso. Which was pretty funny.
