Unusually for an Eclypse project, there are no original sound, music, or transitional animation elements. Considering that whole other projects have consisted of little more than an animation and some background music, it is perhaps notable that ''BM'' exists as pure game design, produced within [[RSD]]'s design tools. What this fact means is unclear, but it is pronounced. | Unusually for an Eclypse project, there are no original sound, music, or transitional animation elements. AKA Blaster. Around late 1994 to early 1995, Eclypse and A-J Games held a sort of game jam, the object being to design a Blaster Master tribute. A-J Games took the basic concept and meandered with Rōdïp: Rover of the Deep; Eclypse took a more direct route with BM. Neither game was finished.
BM's adaptation is very faithful, from the character sprite and background tiles to some key elements of the level design. Were the maps large enough, it seems probable that the copy would be nearly 1:1. There are few enemies to speak of, and the background is not as interactive as it might be. The second stage is again very close to Blaster Master, for as far as it goes.
Unusually for an Eclypse project, there are no original sound, music, or transitional animation elements. Considering that whole other projects have consisted of little more than an animation and some background music, it is perhaps notable that BM exists as pure game design, produced within RSD's design tools. What this fact means is unclear, but it is pronounced.
