Maria (intended to be a reference to 2UP in the Great Giana Sisters, but no real similarity either) has to collect fashion items in a room and avoid encounters with the fat boys who're in love with her.
Most baddies are imported from PPP Team platformers, including Piet Burnerand Pype Icer, Jack Boost, and random enemies from Badman.

The goal is to collect all the beautiful little combs to open the exit ...
