This fifth entry in Alan Caudel's experimental Man Game series experiments with Super Mario Bros. style firebars and fireballs. The techniques are a little brute force, but they certainly work.
Alan Caudel:
- The swinging fire-chains are made of 9 monsters with synchronized animation. I did another experiment where the swinging chains scooped up fireballs from a pit and threw them outward. It was similar monster animation synchronized with background blocks that shoot monsters.
A discussion of the precise techniques at play will follow.
